Lindsay Walsh was originally helping my family with finding a rental when my son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren moved in with me. After seeing the prices of rental's I asked her if it was better for me to buy a home. After hearing her response, I decided to buy. We were off and running looking and exploring. I had no experience or knowledge in what I was doing. Lindsay explained everything to me in terms I understood. She was so patient in trying to satisfy the needs of 3 adults. Who wanted what in the house, the rating of the school system had to be higher than a 5 & I needed an in-law apartment to have my own space. We drove her nuts with changing our minds every other day. She never once made me/us feel like we were bothering her. I told her she should fire us LOL. She was incredibly responsive, even on Sunday's!!!! If she didn't have an answer she would find it and call me back. The day of the closing I was so scared, I asked her if she could come in to the lawyer's office with me just in case there was something I didn't understand. Without a hesitation she say "Yes, absolutely". This girl is amazing, I have given her name to everyone I know that's looking for a new home. We are very lucky to have had such a wonderful agent who made this process a lot more understandable for a first time spur of the moment home buyer.
