Lindsey Brook

As an agent, Lindsey has been told she has an educator’s heart, and she could not describe her business philosophy in a better way. Lindsey does not see herself in a pushy salesman role, but rather as a consultant and tireless advocate for her clients. Using her training and experience, Lindsey gives her buyers and sellers the guidance they need to make the best decisions for themselves and their families. When Lindsey works with a client, they are truly a team, and you never have to worry about being alone in what can be a complicated and emotional process. While the minimum licensing bar for agents in Maryland is sixty classroom hours, Lindsey has far surpassed the training and credentials the average agent has. Prior to becoming an agent, Lindsey earned an MBA, a Master of Marketing, and worked with major corporate brands. As a Realtor, Lindsey gained her Associate Broker license and her CRS designation (representing the top 3-4% of agents in the country). Lindsey was a nominee for the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors “Rising Star” award in 2019. What does this all mean for Lindsey’s clients?
