My wife and I have used Lindsey And Noah Culver to purchase and later sell a home in Hillsboro, and I cannot rate them highly enough! In both cases we had to work mostly remotely, but they were extremely responsive. Lindsey has a great sense of the Portland area, and Noah was able to accompany the inspector, and gave excellent insight. When selling our home, they were easy to get a hold of and did a great job at managing the sale with us out of the state. We got a really great offer, and it was smooth sailing to close. If I'm ever back in Portland, I would plan on using them again.

We used Lindsey and Noah for 4 transaction. My Dad supported a family of 6 kids selling real estate in California for 40 years, and he told me the most important thing about your realtor is that they get back to you; Lindsey and Noah ALWAYS got back to us VERY quickly. That first time was a fairly easy transaction, but they were very willing to explain the buying process and walked us through every step so I NEVER felt lost.
The second (and third) transactions were a bit more complicated. This is when I learned what fantastic negotiators they are. If it wasn't for them, and their down to earth approach to negotiating with other realtors and making a case for our offer, I really believe we would have never been able to purchase that dream home. I really thought the sellers would not accept what we had to offer (we had an honest budget), but Noah was able to talk to the other realtor and explain that the ameneties were being overpriced; we got comments from several people (who just like to see what houses sell for) that we got a really great deal.
On top of that, our offer was contingent on selling our house (which we hadn't even listed yet). Lindsey and Noah priced it just right, and we got an offer after a couple weeks right on the nose. The even more complicated thing that happend later was BOTH the house we were selling AND the house we were buying ended up needing new roofs (Lindsey and Noah knew this was NOT fair for us); I thought it would all fall through, but Lindsey and Noah still managed to make it work for us (and really, it was them). I LOVED that house.
This last time we sold our house with them because we were relocating to Missouri for work. Noah has a construction background, and we knew ahead of time we were going to list, so they came over and did a walk through on the house to give advice on what to work on before putting it on the market. LINDSEY AND NOAH DO NOT WANT YOU TO SPEND UNECCESARY MONEY. It was really refreshing to hear exactly what they felt would help and encouraging us not to do things that they felt wouldn't help enough to justify the time/expense. Their agency also, like before, took BEAUTIFUL pictures of our home (SO important) and this time they even did an AWESOME virtual tour. My veteran real estate dad was so impressed with the marketing.
We got a great number for the offer, but there were some minor negotiations with the sale (that they handled great so it went our way), and when the repair addendum came, they handled that great as well. I was unhappy with the negotiating tactics on the other side of the transaction this time, and it almost lost them the house; it really helps when your realtors are down to earth, up front, honest people who look at reality and understand how to respect others during a business negotiation AND GIVE GOOD ADVICE.
Even when we bought our more than dream house in Missouri, I asked them a couple questions outside of our highly rated Kansas City realtor about the purchase process (I honestly just trusted them more. They are careful, meticulous, thorough, and look out for you). I know we had better representation with them than some of our sellers/buyers.
After selling our last house, my Dad (who I talk to about these things) said, "I can tell your realtors have really looked out for you. Tell them thank you from an old realtor dad."
When walking through a house, the Culvers do NOT want you to regret your purchase; they point problems out that you may want to consider, and give great guiding advice while still letting you run the show. I am not the most laid back person to work with, and I get annoyed easily, but I really can't recommend them more! And they never got sick of me ;-)

Lindsey and Noah were awesome. They helped me getting my house (almost 100 year old) ready to list. They made suggestions what need to be done and prioritized what need to be done first. They were very responsive and delivered what they promised. The house was listed and got offer within one day. I interviewed several agents before listing the house. I am glad to choose Lindsey and Noah Culver Team--awesome team.
