Hi there! I’m Lindsey Riechers, a license Realtor proudly affiliated with Coldwell Banker American Home. Raised in Salina, Kansas, I’ve also spent time in Kansas City, Houston, and Dallas. Growing tired of big city living, I made the move to Topeka in 2021 to be closer to my family, and love the “just right” size of this city.
My passion for real estate began 11 years ago when I purchased my first home, and dabbled in DIY projects. I’m an HGTV junkie and even met my idols, the Property Brothers back in 2016! My favorite part of their shows is the reveal at the end, and the reactions of homeowners. I wanted to create that feeling for others.
For the past 7 years I’ve worked in the home building and remodeling industry, learning everything I could to gain the experience needed to rehab my own investment properties. My goal has always been to revitalize a house that someone is proud to call their home, and it will be no different as your agent.
