Lindsey Schmidt

Lindsey is a REALTOR® licensed in Virginia with an expanding network of professionals around the country that specialize in investing and/or serving the military/government community. While in the Army she purchased her first home that later became her first rental property. This started her interest in real estate investing and eventually leaving Defense to work in real estate full time. Lindsey works with both buyers and sellers in Northern Virginia where many of her clients are military/government and appreciate her understanding of and flexibility with their very specific needs. She also continues to build her investment portfolio and enjoy helping her clients build their own wealth through real estate. Many of her clients and friends inquire about help outside of Virginia so she has developed a growing network of agents and other professionals that specialize in investing and/or serving the government/military community. This network can of course help people outside of these niches and she would love to help you herself or connect you with the right fit for you.
