Lindsey W. Cooper Jr.

Lindsey W. Cooper Jr. is the owner and founder of the Law Offices of L.W. Cooper Jr., LLC. While Mr. Cooper was a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division, he represented the IRS in federal courts in the Mid-Atlantic region. In 2004, Mr. Cooper received an Outstanding Attorney Award from the Department of Justice and litigated highly publicized tax shelter cases, including Black & Decker Corp. v. US and Schering Plough Corp. v. US. With his enforcement background, he assists tax planners and accountants in reviewing transactions for tax compliance and tax risk.
