I've resided in Virginia (Chesterfield, Richmond and now Hanover) for over 30 years so I have extensive knowledge of the different area neighborhoods and counties. Now a resident in Hanover county, my family and I enjoy living in Ashland, "The Center of the Universe!" I understand my clients' unique needs and requirements in buying and selling homes.

After graduation from Ohio University, I enjoyed a successful sales career at ADP and launched into software sales prior to beginning my career in real estate sales. I have experience in both commercial and residential real estate: I worked for Porter Realty as a commercial property Realtor prior to my switch to residential sales at Hometown Realty in 2011.

Beginning in 2001, I began purchasing and renovating several historical properties in the Richmond area, (where I developed my love for real estate!) I offer valuable knowledge in the areas of purchasing investment properties, historic renovation, renovation financing, historical tax credits and property management.
