Having fallen in love with the Bay Area from her college days, Ling began her real estate career in late 1994. She majored in Finance from Hass School of Business in Berkeley and armed with a GRI to distinguish herself. She has been working up and down the Peninsula, from Saratoga to Foster City, and occasionally including cities like Pleasanton, Dublin, San Francisco and Orinda, with 90% of her business being referral based. Ling works exceptionally well with her crew and brings her signature brand of honesty and sincerity to every transaction. Clients love her willingness to make herself available at most hours, as well as her knowledge of the market and communication skills (Fluent in English and Mandarin) to land her clients better deals.
Ling and her husband have lived in Palo Alto since ’98. Their only son, the pride of their lives, is accepted to Teacher's College at Columbia University with Peace Corps Coverdell Fellowship.
