About Linus
Linus Nwaulu's sales career began when he was attending University in the middle of the 1980s. Linus fell in love with real estate when he bought his first real estate property in 1996 for about $96,000.00. When the broker that helped Linus to buy his first piece of property saw how good Linus was in talking to people and how friendly Linus was, the broker convinced Linus to go into real estate. You see, the broker believed that Linus' attitude and cheerfulness would be a great asset to Linus if Linus agreed to join the broker in the broker's brokerage firm selling and buying real estate for the veterans as that broker specialized in selling and buying real estate for the veterans as that broker, himself, was a veteran as well. Consequently, Linus agreed. In 1996, Linus got his real estate license. He joined the broker's brokerage firm selling and buying real estate for the veterans.
After working for several years for the broker, Linus decided to leave the broker's firm to work for other firms such as Century 21, Coldwell banker, Cornish & Carey that were close to his home because it was quite a distance, about 50 miles away from Linus' home to the first broker's office, that encouraged Linus to get into the real estate business. Even though Linus has other good things going on in his life at this time, Linus could not let the real estate go because Linus really enjoyed helping clients buying and selling their homes. It brings Linus joy when he could help families get places that they could call homes or help that special client get that special dream home. That brings Linus joy. Or when Linus is preparing tax returns for families that are having hard time getting the down payment or closing cost, Linus will advise the families on how it is possible to achieve the American dream, mostly if the family is getting back a tax refund. These are the things that motivate Linus to be in the real estate business, which is helping other people achieve their American dreams.
In 2004, Linus got his broker's license. He is now practicing real estate full time. Linus opened his real estate brokerage firm, Allequities Realty, and mortgage firm, Allequities Funding.
Now, it will be an honor for his firm and Linus to serve you in your real estate quest, and they promise to give you their utmost attention and make sure that they find that perfect home for you and your family. Please, give them a call. They would be glad to speak with you.
