I have known Mr. Byrd for several years so when it came to selling my husband's house after we got married he was the first person I contacted.
We put the house on the market on Mother's Day 2018 and within 3 days we had about 10 visits and 6 offers. The house sold in 3 days. Mr. Byrd was very professional and made the whole selling process very easy. I would definitely use him again if I bought or sold another house.
