We made our purchase site unseen so we counted on Irma to help ensure the home was what it appeared in pics. She was able to walk us through virtually using video chat and answer our questions.

As first time home buyers we needed a lot of reassurance in the crazy market of Seattle, a lot of education about real estate, and a realtor who understood our needs/style/dreams. Ms. SUNTAY is the best realtor in the Pacific Northwest. A true professional in her field, she has an abundance of real estate experience, especially in new construction. Irma and Lio are the consummate professional realtors. I reallocated to the Seattle area from the east coast, and was familiar with neither the neighborhoods, nor the nuances of real estate in Washington state. I found Irma and Lio after unsatisfactory experiences with two prior realtors who had failed to understand my needs and interests in relocating to Seattle. Irma and Lio worked diligently to understand these needs, and on my first visit to Seattle with them, presented an array of homes for me to view. I was not expecting to find the perfect home on this trip, but I did. That visit was just prior to leaving for two weeks to Australia. Since the real estate wheels had been set motion, and it was difficult to manage this process while on vacation in Australia, Irma and Lio stepped up to fill the void created by my absence. They arranged inspections, and were present for them. They handled everything I could not and made the transaction simple, instead of complex. I cannot say enough about this team of professionals.

I have relied on them since to acquire other property, and would not consider any other realtor.

One morning, Irma told me to come with her to look at a newly built home. It was love at first sight.
