I worked with Lionel as co Realtor with Remax ,
Daly City in the early 90's. I moved to the East Bay in late 90's. I still have clients in the Peninsula area that want me to take care of their real estate needs regardless of distance because of the trust they gave me. In order to serve them better and for their convenience, I always refer them to a Realtor that I myself trust and respect. Recently , I referred Lionel without any doubt and hesitation to my old client to handle the sale of his house. This client has a very complex and difficult health condition that limits participation of preparing the house to sell. Lionel did a very compassionate effort beyond the scope and responsibilities of a Realtor. I can't praise and thank him enough for doing an excellent well done job. He was at the top of it from preparing to closing the sale of his house in a very short period of time and for the top dollar sold price.

I have known Lionel for over 30 years plus now. He facilitated our family transaction in a very professional, and trustworthy manner with transparency according to the world's standard. Most cients will say; "I highly recommend him". I agree with them. Let me put in a different level. A years ago I noticed something more. So I say; I highly recommend to consider him. There is something that I hope and I know that you will discover in his life not just business life. A greater than material transaction. Couple of years ago I sensed in him that he has this peace in business or personal that surpasses understanding. It's an amazing experience. Tito Lionel is our family's realtor as well as family friend. He helped me and my siblings find the right/perfect home for each of our families. Mr. Lionel Madamba is an all-in-one real estate agent/broker. Here is why. He helped me and my wife in getting our new home. He became an adovcate for us financially and which home would fit to our household and budget. As a first time home buyer, you tend to scramble around and do not know where to start and would tend to make wrong decisions. He guided us through our journey and we felt his presence along the way. We never felt left behind. He is well-rounded and well-experienced in this business which makes us so confident that he is part of our decision-making. He explains in detail what to look for especially gray areas in home buying and what needed to be done step-by-step. Surely enough we got our perfect home and we are happy and thankful. I’ve known Lionel for over 15 years, and he is my whole family’s realtor. He helped me sell my condo in 2009 and buy my house in Dec 2021. Lionel is very professional, honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and most importantly trustworthy.
