This excludes monthly HOA fees and annual dues. Manufactured homes are usually the least expensive option, ranging from the $200,000s to the low $500,000s.

Public transit options include bike lanes and VTA bus stops along main roads, as well as nearby light rail stations on the VTA Blue Line. At nearly 300 acres, Martial Cottle Park preserves the region's agricultural history through its active 4-H farms and educational spaces. More than 3 miles of paved multiuse trails loop the park's perimeter, and picnic areas offer spots to take in the open views. People rent plots at the Rusty Areias Community Garden or learn more about agriculture at the UC Master Gardener Education Center. For more active recreation, Edenvale Gardens Regional Park has courts for pickleball, tennis, sand volleyball and basketball. A playground, shaded picnic areas and a historic site round out the park's offerings.
