Lionel Prather

Over the last twenty years, Lionel has been engaged in several aspects of the Real Estate Industry. Beginning his career as a Real Estate Appraiser in 2002 and after two years created Prather Appraisal Company. After eight years and a firm understating of the Real Estate market, his focus turned to Commercial Real Estate Sales and Brokerage fostered by the Father Larry’s investment interest.

After years of the Brokerage business, Lionel Diversified into Commercial and Residential Developments which included several retail centers, office buildings and warehouses in the Augusta-Aiken Market. The Prather Family has owned and operated Prather Construction Company, started by Larry in 1965, which has been responsible for the development of multiple Residential Developments in the area.
