Working with Lisa was such a phenomenally painless, fun, and positive experience!

Some Background: We were purchasing our first home during a pretty extraordinary and competitive housing market. As such, we had a lot of questions and concerns to ensure we were making the right choice and investment for our family. Lisa expertly guided us through every step of the process, including what to expect, recommending an outstanding local lender (Tricia Goodwin @ George Mason Mortgage), patiently answering all of our questions, managing our expectations, and lending her spot-on expertise and advice. She took the time to understand our wants and needs thoroughly. Lisa provided honest feedback and guidance, including reassurance that our perfect home was still waiting for us when other offers (4) were accepted over ours. And she was right!

At a point when we thought we might have to postpone our home search or, worse, settle for something we didn't love, Lisa made sure we didn't get discouraged, and the PERFECT house came available. Through Lisa's advice and recommendation for how we should bid, our offer (5th) was quickly accepted!

We couldn't be happier or prouder of our new home. It checked off every major item on our list (i.e., large front porch, corner lot in a cul-de-sac, two-car garage, large yard for the kids to run and play, plenty of square footage for our family to grow, etc.)

Beyond being very good at her job, Lisa is also a great person we now consider a friend. Always friendly and with a wonderful sense of humor, she made the entire process more fun—and significantly less stressful—than it could have been. If you have an opportunity to work with her or are considering it, trust me, you'd be making the right choice.

We give Lisa our highest recommendation. She was very professional throughout , took the time to understand our needs and immediately responded to any questions we had. Having been in the real estate business for several years, she has established a network of lenders and other agents she has closed houses with. We initially thought we would build and Lisa spent a lot of time eagerly obtaining answers on the land development of the property. We eventually went for a resale home and the contract and closing was smooth and on time during the entire process. If you are buying or selling, Lisa Anders is the professional you need!

From the initial down-payment on our new home in Haymarket Virginia, in September 2020 to settling and moving to it in June 2021, our realtor, Lisa Anders, has been absolutely invaluable. She attended all the meetings between us, the house sales representative, the building field manager, and the title company. She asked all the latter pertinent questions and explained their responses to us. At the same time she counseled us on storage of our furniture for the seven months it took for construction of our new home. During that period Lisa advised us on shopping facilities, doctors, plumbers, and electricians in the Haymarket-Gainesville-Fairfax area. She even helped us get online appointments with the Covid 19 vaccine station an the Virginia DMV. Despite our many text messages and phone calls, Lisa was always cheerful, helpful, and encouraging. She was our realtor, and now she is our friend. Lisa is a five star professional!
