Lisa was an amazing Realtor! She goes above and beyond for her clients and found me and my wife's dream home for us! She is professional, organized, and a great advocate. Me and my wife were first time homebuyers and Lisa was extremely patient in handling our endless questions. She is fair and realistic when navigating the DMV home market. Working with Lisa was such a phenomenally painless, fun, and positive experience!

Some Background: We were purchasing our first home during a pretty extraordinary and competitive housing market. As such, we had a lot of questions and concerns to ensure we were making the right choice and investment for our family. Lisa expertly guided us through every step of the process, including what to expect, recommending an outstanding local lender (Tricia Goodwin @ George Mason Mortgage), patiently answering all of our questions, managing our expectations, and lending her spot-on expertise and advice. She took the time to understand our wants and needs thoroughly. Lisa provided honest feedback and guidance, including reassurance that our perfect home was still waiting for us when other offers (4) were accepted over ours. And she was right!

At a point when we thought we might have to postpone our home search or, worse, settle for something we didn't love, Lisa made sure we didn't get discouraged, and the PERFECT house came available. Through Lisa's advice and recommendation for how we should bid, our offer (5th) was quickly accepted!

We couldn't be happier or prouder of our new home. It checked off every major item on our list (i.e., large front porch, corner lot in a cul-de-sac, two-car garage, large yard for the kids to run and play, plenty of square footage for our family to grow, etc.)

Beyond being very good at her job, Lisa is also a great person we now consider a friend. Always friendly and with a wonderful sense of humor, she made the entire process more fun—and significantly less stressful—than it could have been.
