This is the 2nd time we have gone to Lisa to find us a home. We love her, she is great at her job. On this particular job she went beyond what a realtor would normally do. She is always quick to answer questions and if she doesn't know she will find out for you. 225 Eastview st, took a little longer to get then usual, but Lisa hung in there with us and now the property is ours. Thank you Lisa, you are great at your job, patient and understanding. Never change who you are. Hopefully we are done buying homes but not being friends. Thank you

Lisa is the best realtor in Shelby! After two years of casually looking and helping us to find the best fit, she showed us the PERFECT house and helped us realized this is what we had been waiting for and the time was right. She was integral in the tough market to feel confident in our purchase and her knowledge of the area, market trends and expectations from both parties made the experience seamless. I’d trust her to help us buy another house or sell! She has quick responses (even when she is traveling or on an airplane!!) and is always very professional!

Lisa was amazing to work with! Buying a home and moving is never easy but we were making a long distance move from ND to NC. Lisa was always ready to show us homes whenever my husband and I were in NC for work. Late evenings and long days driving miles to show us as many homes as we could squeeze in. She even Face Timed with us to walk through homes when we couldn’t be in NC. When it comes to honesty and support,Lisa has it in spades! She was in constant communication with us through the whole purchasing process. We were truly blessed to have Lisa as a realtor!

First, Very, Very Professional. Lisa had big challenge, she had to prepare two homes to sell for us. Also Lisa needed to search for the proper real estate value. during this process Lisa need to tackle our requirements at the same time find a New home that would meet our needed, because this new home would be our final Retirement home. I couldn’t have been more pleased working with Lisa in my experience with buying my first home!! Lisa was there throughout the whole process and answered any question I needed along the way, no matter how many times I bothered her! After listing our property with Lisa we had an offer within a week. We worked with the buyers and negotiated a mutual price agreement. Even though we had a few issues arise during the due diligence period we were able to successfully close on our property within the allotted period.
