From the very beginning, Lisa made us feel informed and at ease. She took the time to walk us through the entire process so we knew what to expect and how to prepare. Because our home was older and needed some updates, she provided a list of trusted professionals she personally vetted, which made everything feel manageable instead of overwhelming.

Throughout the process, Lisa kept us grounded about the market while always advocating for us. She hosted multiple open houses, stayed proactive, and communicated consistently so we never felt unsure about what was happening.

Her daughter Megan was also such a help — kind, responsive, and supportive. Together they made an incredible team, and we truly felt cared for every step of the way.

Closing this chapter of our lives felt bittersweet, but Lisa made it a positive and meaningful experience. We are so grateful for her guidance and genuine care.

Lisa works with my sister at PPG and when I told my sister I needed a realtor, Lisa had the highest recommendation. I couldn't have been happier with the house hunting experience she gave us, pointing out pros and cons of houses that we wouldn't have known to consider. Lisa helped us find our home in 2014. The housing market was tough, Lisa was incredible! The story of us getting our home, that we love and are living in currently, is nothing short a miracle! We found out after the fact that we were significantly out bid by two out of state offers who had only seen the house online, so why did the home owners choose to sell to us? Lisa!!!
