Lisa Brannon was such a blessing to me! Being a first time home buyer I was apprehensive about the whole process. Lisa took care of me from start to finish. She was helpful in the little things as well, such as making sure that the homebuilders gave me all the upgrades and incentives that was due to me! I am very grateful for her extensive knowledge of the home buying process, which is more than I could have imagined in my quest to be a homeowner. Her tenacity to be a go getter for the best interests of whoever she represents, is the highlight to the customer/realtor relationship. One where you are treated like a beloved family member, and she is instrumental in guiding you towards making your dream home manifest before your eyes. That's what Lisa Brannon did for me. I have went to Lisa two times for buying and selling homes, and I would hands down recommend her to anyone I know. She’s professional, quick to respond and so knowledgeable with any and all questions we had. If you find a home you love and it wasn’t in your price range, or something came between it, she steps right in and will go above and beyond to find you almost close to the same thing you fell in love with the first time. Lisa helped us buy our home in 2019 and then sell it in 2022 when it was time to move due to orders. Working with her was amazing both times! She was always available to answer questions and when it came to buying, if the first house didn't have what you wanted then she knew something that did. I highly recommend working with her and do recommend her to everyone I know still stationed in Jacksonville!
