Lisa is doing a good job, but she has the skillset to do much better than what she is currently delivering. When I asked her to gather information about a property I’m interested in and to submit an offer, she did not proactively engage with the listing agent. She also failed to persuade or submit a backup offer.

During our call, she suggested that I should find another agent if I felt I knew more than her. I did not appreciate that response, as it felt unprofessional and dismissive.
The only reason I gave a 4-star rating is out of respect for her as a fellow human being. My intention is not to hurt her by giving a 1-star review, but to provide honest feedback with the hope that this will lead to improvement.

With Lisa's help, we priced our condo realistically and sold it for 10% over the asking price in a mini bidding war. Lisa and her staff are great communicators and their advice and counsel were spot on. If I were to do it all over again, I would choose her and her firm without hesitation.

We finally bought a house! It seemed that we would never find that perfect one for us. But through it all, Lisa kept us on track suggesting different neighborhoods and alternatives. And to our surprise, we found a townhouse in an area that we had not initially considered.

The amount of time they spent walking us through everything, follow up, resourcefulness and above all professionalism is second to none. They are extremely thorough and spare no expense when it comes to listing and showing your property where many other agencies cut corners: They did an immediate open house, professional photographer, extra leg work with utility companies, and many other little things. I own several properties and have been through this experience with numerous agents (mainly in NY) but they are the only ones I will use in PA. (Would use them in NY if they were an option!!) Lisa's group sold our home in downtown Philadelphia. They truly went the extra mile throughout the entire process. Lisa's partners Gwynne and Kim were always available and super responsive at all hours of the day, including direct personal contact. The listing of our property included a beautiful series of photographs, virtual tour, and online marketing campaign, and an easy-to-use online system to schedule and control showings/tours of the property. They honored all the fine details including hand sanitizer and masks and booties during the omicron wave of covid-19 pandemic in the peak of winter. We had immense interest in our property and had an offer within a day of listing. On the day of settlement they went above and beyond in compiling and filing city deed paperwork requested by the buyer. Cannot recommend highly enough you will be hiring the best with this group!
