My husband and I have moved 15 times and never before have I experienced this level of service and professionalism from any agent. Lisa was always available to answer any questions often going above and beyond to nail down estimates on potential work that needed to be done. She was always thinking ahead in terms of houses coming on the market that might be of interest. There was no ball dropped, no “t” left uncrossed, no “I” not dotted. It was a wonderful help knowing we were in the competent hands of a realtor with experience and knowledge of the area. I would highly recommend Lisa Ciccotelli!

Lisa and Kim were absolutely fantastic in every meaning of the words. We knew that when we connected with Lisa that she would find us the house of our dreams in a historically terrible market for buyers. She also helped one of my friends win a bid on a very competitive home. She was reachable in the very early morning and very late at night. She responds to texts and emails within seconds. She was constantly thinking of us with quiet and coming soon listings. Kim was also incredibly helpful to turn around paperwork quickly. I cannot think of a better group. I am confident that if we did not go with Lisa Ciccotelli, we would have missed the opportunity to have the home of our dreams for a good price and would still be renting. If you’re lucky enough to have them sell your house, you have just won the house lottery! Lisa, Gwynne, and Kim were my Charlie’s Angels! They are fierce, steadfast and extremely knowledgeable of the market. They were able to get me exactly what I wanted for my house! 6 stars! Can't say enough great things about the entire team and process selling our home. The amount of time they spent walking us through everything, follow up, resourcefulness and above all professionalism is second to none. They are extremely thorough and spare no expense when it comes to listing and showing your property where many other agencies cut corners: They did an immediate open house, professional photographer, extra leg work with utility companies, and many other little things. I own several properties and have been through this experience with numerous agents (mainly in NY) but they are the only ones I will use in PA. (Would use them in NY if they were an option!!) Their service blows the rest I have worked with out of the water. You can't go wrong, use them!!

Lisa's group sold our home in downtown Philadelphia. They truly went the extra mile throughout the entire process. Lisa's partners Gwynne and Kim were always available and super responsive at all hours of the day, including direct personal contact. The listing of our property included a beautiful series of photographs, virtual tour, and online marketing campaign, and an easy-to-use online system to schedule and control showings/tours of the property. They honored all the fine details including hand sanitizer and masks and booties during the omicron wave of covid-19 pandemic in the peak of winter. We had immense interest in our property and had an offer within a day of listing. On the day of settlement they went above and beyond in compiling and filing city deed paperwork requested by the buyer. Cannot recommend highly enough you will be hiring the best with this group!

Lisa's team is very professional. From the initial presale staging, to the lengthy processes leading to closing after the house is under contract, everything is prompt and to the point. Lisa has been a joy to work with. Her knowledge of the market is very deep and I trust her suggestions all the time. Our move to another side of town was a chancy one. We’ve viewed more homes than I can count and her team was always so responsive and helpful with our house hunt: Like so many others in this crazy market, we were having a hard time being able to get our offers accepted on homes we were interested in. Right as we decided to pause on the house hunt, a home we loved came on the market and Lisa was able to negotiate us getting it without having to deal with a bidding war.
