The best way to describe our experience working with Lisa is one word: phenomenal. Lisa took all of our personal parameters and aggressively located homes within the region that met our desires as closely as possible. She updated us nearly every day as homes came on the market that met our qualifications. Additionally, we were open to buying in Maryland, DC, or Virginia and thankfully, Lisa is licensed in all three locations so that no matter where we purchased we could work with her.

As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions on every aspect of the home buying process. This included questions on financing, banking, loans, taxes, legal issues, HOAs, purchasing, selling, and the massive amounts of paperwork. Lisa skillfully addressed all of our questions and patiently explained complicated topics. Also, she has an amazing network of experts that quickly provided additional information whenever we needed it.

Lisa was extremely flexible with her time and was willing to show us homes at almost any time of day. She helped us to process each home-viewing experience, talking us through our likes and dislikes and often pointing out aspects of the home that we hadn’t noticed. When Lisa went out of town on her family vacation she made sure to connect us with the rest of her realty team so that we never missed an opportunity to view a home. Lisa’s team has an incredible amount of respect for her. They praised her for her work ethic and energy and complimented her as a friend and colleague.

On a more personal note we hoped to find a realtor that was relatable, someone we could talk to as we went through the ups and downs of the home purchasing experience. We were fortunate to have found that with Lisa. Anytime we needed her advice, her personal experiences, or her honest opinions, she was there for us. If we ever need a realtor again we will definitely be working with Lisa.

Lisa was an exceptional real estate agent. She went above and beyond for me throughout my first-time home buying experience. She really knew what I was looking for in a home, and eventually found me the home of my dreams. She was easily accessible whenever I had a question or concern. She really cares about finding people a home that they will love. She even kept in touch after I bought my home to make sure everything was going well. I can’t say enough great things about her and would refer her to anyone the DC area looking to buy a home!
