Lisa Coutre went above and beyond to assure that our place would sell. She gave us suggestions of what she felt could help show the condo. Selling A high end condo in the city , during a pandemic is no easy task ! Lisa got it done. She was extremely professional at all times and attentive to our many calls. As negotiations go, they can get a bit stressful and Lisa was sympathetic to all the emotions that can occur!!! I highly recommend using Lisa and her network at Laer Reality! In a competitive market Lisa helped us navigate through the complicated process of buying a home. She was on call for us every step of the way. She helped us find a mortgage company, find our dream home, get our offer accepted and then she helped trouble shoot the complications that came up with the lender. Her knowledge and skills really helped us every step of the way. Thanks to Lisa we not only closed on our dream home but we closed on time!
