Lisa Cunningham helped us purchase our new home and sell our existing home. During the buying phase, Lisa was very helpful in finding various homes that we might be interested in, determining fair value of each, and was able to help us find our home much quicker than expected. She walked us through the whole process and made it quite easy. During the selling phase, she matched us with a buyer and the home sold in no time- above our listing price! Lisa is a great realtor, highly recommended, especially in the Carlock area.

Lisa Cunningham is bar none the best realtor. If Lisa can’t do it…..then it cannot be done. Lisa has a type A personality…..that’s a very good thing…..type A people are driven to achieve. As a fellow type A, I immediately identified with Lisa….she’s personable, but all business underneath…..she’s always thinking out of the box. Top notch in every way. Lisa Cunningham was an excellent, professional realtor. She guided me through the process of selling a home and explained everything. She was very responsive to multiple questions I had. Lisa went above and beyond in preparing the house for showing. I had a family crisis and Lisa stepped up immediately to prepare the house. She did numerous things that other realtors do not do. It was a huge help to me. I can't thank her enough. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is trying to sell their home.

We selected Lisa with RE/MAX Rising Bloomington from her reputation in the area of being Very outgoing, knowledgeable. We contacted her before our home was ready to sell and she walked us through the process of getting it ready to sell which included us doing a walkthrough of our home to discuss what needed to be fixed and updated so we could get the BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK! When the house was ready for the market we listed it and she walked us through every step and had a offer within 20 days!!! I
I was and am still very impressed with Lisa in how she WILL go ABOVE and BEYOND for you... from offering and willing to help get your home ready for open house she came over to help with some last Minute lawn mowing and gardening. She always kept us completely up to date on every showing or any question people had about the property. Even when she was on Vacation she was in contact every step of the way even over the Holidays. SHE WILL GET THE JOB DONE!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Lisa! Throughout the process, she sent us numerous properties matching our preferences and showed us multiple listings that we were interested in until we found the one.
