Lisa has been a licensed agent since 2006. She goes out of her way to make sure each client feels as if they are her only client and enjoys taking the time to help them find the right home. Lisa helps her clients find the perfect home by making sure her buyer is well educated about the house. She helps them understand the great features of the home, as well as potential challenges the buyer and inspector may find at the home inspection. Having been through hundreds of home inspections, Lisa can identify possible issues that either help with negotiations or result in a buyer not placing an offer on the home. It is Lisa's goal that her buyers be well informed, and 100% happy and excited about their purchase. In addition to her expertise, Lisa's Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation gives her an advantage when dealing with short sales both on the buyer and seller side. She has helped and guided many folks undergoing financial hardship in selling their homes and has represented numerous buyers through the purchase process. In addition to being a mother of 3, an active community volunteer, and having a Master's Degree, she is also married to a Certified Real Estate Appraiser who has been appraising residential real estate for close to 20 years.
