I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Durant, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She went above and beyond to help me find my RENTAL property. Her knowledge of the local market and her ability to understand my needs made the entire process so much easier. She was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns, which was especially important to me since I have two cats and a dog, and I work from home half of the time.
I am so grateful for her expertise and professionalism, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch realtor. Lisa Durant is one of the best realtors in Lake County. After never meeting her, she came to my house and completely walked me thru everything I needed to know about selling a home. Lisa showed my house one time, in one day and my house was sold. Then Lisa went above and beyond her duties as a realtor that just sold my house and helped me find a new home to live in. She is one of the best at what she does and has become a great friend in the process. Lisa DuRant is the consummate professional in every way. She represented us in our search for a second home in FL. We live in CT and had an appointment with Lisa for a showing scheduled about 3 hours after our flight was due to arrive in Orlando. We got delayed at the rental car counter for 90 minutes but that did not phase Lisa at all. We called and asked her to move the appointment out by 2 hours. She was happy to do that. We met her at the new time and was able to see the available home without any problems. We also were able to see another home right after the first showing. The second home was about 15 miles away but that was not a problem for Lisa. She was happy to do it. This all took place late on a Saturday afternoon but by her attitude, you would have thought it was the middle of a weekday. Although we did not end up buying either of those homes, Lisa was able to arrange for us to see about 10 more homes the week were there. She was on time for the showings and represented us as well as anyone possible could. We made an offer on the next to last house we looked at and, long story short, we closed 30 days later. Lisa helped us through the buying process including representing us at the inspection, being there the day before the closing to do a walkthough via Facetime, and representing us at the closing while we were in CT. We don't know how anyone could have possibly done a better job for us.
