Lisa Gasaway

After a rewarding career in the corporate IT industry, focusing on team productivity, risk management and data security, Lisa turned to her lifelong passion for real estate. As a Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean SixSigma Greenbelt and Certified ScrumMaster, she has mastered making complex subjects simple. Licensed in real estate in 1991, and a graduate of the Western School of Feng Shui, Lisa’s able to integrate both her technical and creative talents to help her clients achieve their real estate goals by specializing in social media marketing, mentoring first time homebuyers, low- or no-cost staging, trolling real estate data to find you the perfect home.

Born and raised in Maryland and a graduate of Boston College, Lisa headed to the west coast in 1990 to pursue another passion: writing and performing music. She’s made Ventura, California her home with her music partner and husband, and they perform locally in a cover band. Her son also is in hot pursuit of his passions as a musician and a brewer, her oldest stepson serves in the Navy and her youngest goes to Buena High School.

Lisa personally enjoys staying active in her community, and she loves doing yoga, hiking in Ventura County, skiing, gardening and just about anything else outdoors to unwind.
