I, personally, attend a minimum of 2 outside Real Estate training, designation, market or negotiation type of class/seminar/training per year in order to stay on top of the ever changing Real Estate Market which I share these skills with my team and clients. By attending these added cost events, we are able to meet our client's expectations for the best negotiated price and terms in order to meet our client's goals at a price they feel comfortable in the timeframe needed in order to suit their needs.
