Lisa Getson

Lisa is a licensed Attorney in Pennsylvania and her comprehension of the law as well as her exceptional negotiating skills set her apart from other Realtors. She can navigate through issues that arise during the contractual negotiations involved in a real estate transaction. She is truly skilled in the art of "negotiating the deal" and advises her clients on how to best proceed to finalize a transaction. And clients can be confident that Lisa follows a code of ethics that meets the highest standards. In addition, she did her law school thesis on seller’s property disclosure, giving her a better understanding of any issues.

Working full time, Lisa dedicates herself to providing exceptional service to her clients. Lisa's technological capabilities to market properties using the internet and social media, along with traditional marketing methods, coupled with her in-depth knowledge of the marketplace are beneficial to both Sellers and Buyers.

Lisa is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association where she served as Secretary of the Young Lawyers Executive Committee. She is a member of the Suburban West Realtors Association. Lisa is also on the board of the Merion Park Civic Association where she was a past President and currently serves as the Secretary.
