Lisa worked great for us. We had young kids so we moved away and let her stage the entire house. We were able to sit back and relax as she went to work getting us multiple offers. There was an issue with an appliance in the home after we left and she helped us orchestrate getting the proper contractors and services out there in time for closing. Very helpful the whole way.

Lisa is an incredibly dedicated and kind individual. She’s very knowledgeable and tenacious and she will get you in the home you’ve been searching for.
Lisa was patient with our constantly changing guidelines, circumstances and our very unique/complex setup.
She graciously worked with my husband and I, and my father to find a home that worked for all of us while also balancing all of our personalities and differences in real estate experience.
I’m very grateful that our paths crossed and we met her when we first started looking for homes. Lisa worked incredibly hard to get us into our forever home for our family, new and old.

Lisa helped my wife and I find our dream home in Vancouver, WA this summer, and we couldn't have done it without her. Her knowledge of the market came in handy as we put in our offer, and her assistance throughout closing and post-possession took a lot of stress off of my wife and I so we could focus on selling our previous house, and went above and beyond when we encountered problems post obtaining keys.

I can't say enough good things about working with Lisa. She stuck with us for over a year, as we were looking for a very specific type of house that was very difficult to find. Every step of the way, Lisa provided excellent advice, guidance and recommendations. She clearly knows what she's doing, and I felt she added value to the process every step of the way.

Lisa Godfrey went above and beyond to manage all aspects of the sale of my property in Hillsboro, OR. This sale was more challenging than most due to this being an investment property, and Lisa handled it very well. The marketing worked generated a steady stream of interest in the property. Lisa provided excellent communication with me, our property management company, and my tenants. All of this was provided with an effective blend of phone calls, emails, and texts. After the home inspections were complete Lisa quickly engaged with multiple contractors to generate the repair quotes needed, and she coordinated getting contractors scheduled to get the repairs done.
This is the second property sale I have gone thru working with Lisa as my agent, and I would happily work with her again in the future.

Lisa is amazing! She was patient with me, listened to my concerns, and was available whenever I needed her! She is a great communicator and was honest and informative throughout the whole selling and buying process. She made the tough parts so much easier and made the easy parts completely seamless. She was more than willing to do anything I needed to keep the progress going and never made me feel like I was asking too much, even though, I probably was.
