Lisa was the absolute best! My daughter was a first time homebuyer who works night shift as a nurse and is hard to reach at times during the day and night. Lisa went the extra mile working through that and working with Hannah at odd hours. Lisa is excellent at listening to your likes and dislikes, takes that to heart and finds homes within your taste as to not waste your time. She was awesome regarding my daughters budget and carefully spent so much time educating my daughter on what owning your home means and walked her through the whole process and answered all questions throughly throughout the whole process. If you want an easy transaction, no doubt you should call Lisa first!

I’ve always had a wonderful experience using Ms. Lisa. She made sure I understood step by step on the process of buying and selling a home. I’ve used her for 2 homes I bought and sold, and will most definitely continue using her as my realtor. She is like family now and is so easy to talk to when it comes to anything about a house. She listens to your wants and needs in a home and will pull it off every time. So glad I have been able to use her for the last 4 years.

Lisa went the extra mile to ensure actions were completed including making sure the Lender stayed on track. What really struck me that showed her true to do whats best for her client was when we were ready to buy property I told her to submit an offer, she held off to tell me about another property I really wanted previously, for half the price, and wee need to make an offer if I still wanted it... I ended up getting that house which i know reduced her commission which told me she was in it for the "Long Game" for whats best for her clients.

There is so much I can say about ERA King, and Ms. Lisa Guarino has been a God-Send. I Simply Love her, and she has been Professional from the first time we spoke on the phone two years ago. Yes she has been by my side advising me, and encouraging me each and every time I called with an update. She has introduced me and enlighten me on so many things. I am so very Grateful for her support, love, and service. I hope ERA knows what a GEM she is, I know I do. She truly deserves the Award of Woman/Sales of the Year just for walking with me for (2) years, who does that? Again I'm Grateful for what I have experienced with ERA, and God did Exceedingly and Abundantly all that I ask or think in Jesus Name.
