Lisa Hill is an extraordinary Realtor and an outstanding person. I had an old, neglected home. She not only waded through the mess with clients, she scheduled viewings at close, consecutive times. That was not only convenient for me, but I am convinced it helped sell the house because prospective buyers saw there was a lot of interest. One gentleman came back for a second look on a day when about five other clients viewed the house. After seeing the parade of interested parties, he increased his initial offer of $260,000 to $330,000. Lisa Hill sold my older home which needed numerous repairs in a matter of weeks for $60,000 over asking price. She explained all seven offers and recommended the one I accepted! I ended up getting what comparable move-in ready houses were selling for in my neighborhood. The extra money enabled me to move close to family and have a stress-free retirement. She truly worked a miracle. I highly recommend her for her exceptional knowledge and skills as a Realtor but a caring, considerate professional who guides sellers through the entire process, from listing to sale.

My wife and I needed to move across NJ to get closer to family, and we had Lisa as our realtor purchasing a home in Ocean County. We were selling our original home in Somerset County and needed to add a contingency to our purchase contract. Lisa was a superstar and was able to accommodate our situation. She was very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. All said and done we were able to execute and close on both homes within 45 days of us deciding to move, something I couldn't imagine any agent accomplish, but Lisa got it done. There were so many things that came up I have to imagine was new for almost any realtor, and Lisa was able to navigate the situation excellently. We had many reschedulings, a lot of communications with the seller's agent, attorney, and others, and she made the process feel incredibly easy. It helped a lot that she worked with pretty much every realtor we needed to put a contract in with, as well as having rock solid referrals for specialty work. My wife and I couldn't have done it without her and are so appreciative of her hard work. Definitely recommend and we will be reaching out to her on our next home sale in years to come

When I called on a listing I was lucky enough to get Lisa. That listing had closed but within a couple of days she called me with another. She advised me through the offer process. And thanks to her guidance I got the condo. I live over a hour away and Lisa made herself available when it was convenient for me. We first met Lisa a few years back when she helped sell our MILs home after she passed. She was actually 1 of a few realtors we interviewed. She was just Great with every aspect of selling it for us. So when it came time for us to buy our first single family home ourselves, we definitely needed Lisa.
