Lisa was amazing in explaining the process of homeownership step-by-step. She left no stone unturned whenever I had questions, and genuinely wanted to see me transition from renter to owner. If the process ever became overwhelming, Lisa encouraged me to take my me time and return to the journey when I was ready. She is really understanding to whatever you are experiencing in life and she developed into a mentor, a resource, and even a family member with her attention to detail, caring nature, and tenacity to give you the home of YOUR dreams. After months of searching, Lisa helped me to finally make my desire of homeownership a reality. Although the home has been sold, she never hesitates to answer my texts or calls with any concerns and reaches out to me regularly.

This first time homeownership experience was definitely less stressful because of the character of Lisa Hoover. If you are aiming to find a realtor who cares about your wants and needs and not just a sale; Lisa Hoover is the realtor for you, hands down.
