About Lisa

Originally from New Jersey and proudly Italian, I made the move to South Carolina over 15 years ago with my incredible husband, Michael, and our two daughters, Kate (a college student) and Bella (a Berkeley Prep Academy student ). Our home is loud in the best way—full of love, laughter, and dogs who definitely think they run the place. We’re also big Disney fans, always chasing a little magic and making memories as a family.

My real estate journey started at the front desk—as a receptionist—with zero shortcuts and a whole lot of grit. Through hard work, determination, and a deep love for this business, I worked my way up to Managing Broker at Keller Williams and later Broker-in-Charge at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. Along the way, I earned my broker’s license, gained extensive experience representing both buyers and sellers, and closed over $100 million in sales.

And then I had a moment of clarity.

Leadership was rewarding—but my heart has always been with my clients. So I stepped back into the role I love most: Realtor. I’m now back where I started my real estate career—at the #1 company in South Carolina—fully aligned, fully present, and fully focused on delivering my very best to the people who trust me with their biggest investments.

What I love most about real estate isn’t the contracts or the closings—it’s the connection. Helping people find not just a house, but a place that truly feels like home. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, I guide my clients every step of the way with honesty, strategy, and a calm, confident approach (so no one’s losing sleep unnecessarily).

Beyond working with clients, I’m deeply passionate about mentoring and teaching new agents. I hold my South Carolina real estate teaching license and love helping others grow, gain confidence, and build successful, sustainable careers. Watching agents win never gets old.

My husband, Mike recently got his Realtor license and we have created a team of like minded Realtors each with their own niche called Charmed Life Team at Carolina One. We are all very aligned and ready for all your real estate needs.

I’m also proud to have earned the Agent of Excellence badge—a prestigious certification from Disney’s real estate school—which reflects my commitment to world-class service, professionalism, and creating truly exceptional client experiences. Yes, I believe real estate should feel a little magical.
