Lisa was miles apart from any other service I have experienced with buying or selling a home! She is honest, said what she meant, did what she said, and was so easy to work with! I had images taken and my house listed in 24hrs and the first day of showings had multiple offers. I was under contract on the 3rd day! She was very responsive and walked me through every step with kindness and the utmost professionalism. I felt like I was getting the friends and family treatment but that is just how she rolls :) She is absolutely the best choice I could have made and I HIGHLY recommend her for any of your real-estate needs!

I can't recommend Lisa enough. She was incredibly helpful during the process of purchasing our new home. She was very thorough in her questions so that she could pin point exactly what we were looking for. Lisa was quick to point out any issues that we may have missed when touring potential homes and asked great questions for us to think about how we would live in the property.

She was patient and supportive when we wavered and quick to jump in when we made decisions. Her responsiveness was unparalleled. In the market we were in, we needed that. She didn't miss a beat!

She was well connected with inspectors, mold remediators, tree trimmers, real estate lawyers, mortgage advisors, etc. which aided in us being very knowledgeable about what we were getting into. She knew the best of the best!

Lastly, during closing Lisa was able to push for some things in our favor that I wouldn't have even thought to ask for. She knows her stuff! I don't think that we would've had such a successful deal without her knowledge and her assertiveness. I will 100% use her again and recommend her to all my friends and family. We couldn't be happier.

Lisa what can I say! Lisa worked hard getting us in a place we love. I have known Lisa for a while & it doesn’t matter if she is working with a $150,000 dollar sale or a $500,000 dollar sale or buy. She treats them equal. She has the triple win attitude meaning first the client wins, then the mortgage company wins, and finally Lisa wins. I don’t know where she learned this but a triple win is best in business.
Lisa knew the correct bank to get the job done and had a loan officer delivered immediately above our expectations. Total commitment by everyone.
I would only recommend Lisa in buying your next home. I give her 6 stars.
