D.L. Jones realty has helped me purchase 4 houses and sell 1.
Lisa Jones has been my realtor for 3 of these transactions.at this point I will not use anyone else.Lisa works 7 days a week and returns phone calls and text until late at night.
One of the houses needed a roof the seller was not going to agree to this so I walked away and was going to start looking for another house,then 3 days later ON SUNDAY Lisa called to tell me the house was getting a new roof.
Lisa is the BEST realtor in the north valley bar NONE
Update 3/25 Lisa has helped me sell 2 and buy 1 more house.
No one,NO ONE works harder than LIsa text message at 11:00 pm

Lisa Jones and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with! Originally, we connected with Lisa to ask for her help in finding a rental in Arizona. We were planning a cross country move and unable to fly out to see houses. Lisa happily went to properties for us and sent us videos when no other realtor would! She made our transition to Arizona so seamless. After living in the rental for a few months, we didn’t hesitate in calling Lisa to help us find a home of our own. Lisa was so patient with us and took us out to see homes on numerous occasions. Lisa was just a joy to work with! When we told her we wanted to put in a pool, she arranged a pool contractor to meet us at the house. When we had concerns about the roof, she had a roof contractor do an inspection. When we wanted some painting done, Lisa organized the estimates. I could go on and on, but the speed at which things were done was amazing and made our buying process so easy.

I researched agents before calling Lisa, and she was wonderful throughout the process.

Although my values are somewhat unconventional, she was understanding, very supportive, honest and transparent.

Lisa is responsive, respectful, very knowledgeable about Anthem and balanced my values and requests with ease while making sure I understood all my options.

While I could have gone with a quick Zillow, Opendoor etc.. I wanted an experienced Agent.
I wanted an Agent who’s knowledge of Anthem and keeping my interests first would allow me to sell to another family.
