While the first-time home buying process is inevitably daunting, Lisa was incredible at helping us throughout every step of the way. We learned so much from her and carefully considered all of her thoughtful suggestions and advice. She was an ardent advocate when we needed her to be and also helped us to understand our options at every juncture. Lisa was always very responsive and easy to reach which we appreciated. With Lisa's guidance, we were able to find our dream first home, but look forward to working with her in the future for future real estate needs.

My husband and I worked with Lisa Keshet, the manager of the Frontline Home Benefit Program, for 9 months while preparing our home to sell, selling it and then purchasing another home. She was a great resource: helping us find contractors to paint the house, a real estate attorney to help with all the selling/buying paperwork, an accountant for tax advising, and mortgage brokers. Lisa always kept in communication with us and was patient with all of our questions. Her team took professional photographs and shot an awesome video for the listing and prepared an accurate floor plan. She was with us all the way and we truly appreciated her professionalism and personal attention. We highly recommend Lisa and her team!

I met Lisa from a direct referral from a colleague who had a great experience. As someone who needed to relocate for work being a part of the Frontline Home Benefit program was a very nice perk that brought an agent, a lawyer, and a lender together to make the transaction much easier for someone from out of state. Lisa took the time to understand my unique needs, pointed out my options, and worked closely with me through the process. It was especially helpful that Lisa was able to give me advice and use her network of contacts within the mortgage industry to suggest an alternate private lender that ended up having a rate that made the difference in closing the deal. Lisa was fantastic to work with on this transaction. While overall the value (and commission) was likely on the low end, we were treated like high-end clients. She fought very hard for some key provisions we expected (e.g. parking and payment of extension fees for our mortgage) to ensure a successful transaction. She was very accessible, regularly taking calls after working hours to listen to my concerns. I honestly couldn't think of a better experience given some of our challenges with the seller!

We were so fortunate to meet Lisa Keshet as part of the Frontline program that she founded and runs, that helps those of us on the frontlines of health care purchase new homes. Lisa is an exceptionally talented and highly experienced real estate professional, who was instrumental to us successfully purchasing a property in the competitive Boston market this year. It was especially appreciated that Lisa took a significant amount of time and effort to get to know us personally, and understood from the beginning that our available time to search for properties was very limited by our work schedules. She was patient and flexible, and makes herself available at all hours of the day and night by text, email and phone as needed. She was extremely thorough in all of her explanations, and that allowed us to become more savvy about the home-buying process in a relatively short amount of time. She skillfully led us through all the necessary steps in order to put strong offers in on a number of great properties, until one was finally accepted. As part of the Frontline program, we also received discounted help with our mortgage approval and legal consultation for our closing. We are very happy with our new purchase, and honestly feel that we couldn't have made it without Lisa's expertise, communication and care for us every step of the way.

We have had a wonderful experience buying our first home with Lisa and absolutely recommend her. If you prefer a level-headed, patient, ethical and knowledgeable agent by your side, Lisa is your agent. Her practice is marked by empathy and professionalism.

We were on the market at the height of the home buying crunch in late 2020 and early 2021 when inventory was at historic lows and demand was through the roof. Logistical challenges such as waiting in long open house lines in the winter due to pandemic restrictions further complicated the search process, especially for families like us with young children. We had a modest budget typical of many, many first time homebuyers in the Greater Boston area, and a standard down payment, which made us adequately competitive at best in the present market.

Our paths had originally crossed with Lisa several years prior when we were looking for a rental in Brookline. The apartment we contacted her for was not available within our time frame, but she nevertheless took the time on the phone to talk to us for a good half-hour about the Brookline rental market even though she had no obligation to do so, which proved very informative. And that stayed with us, so when it was time to buy our own, she was the first agent we went to.

We had a couple of initial meetings where she would ask us questions to get to know our personalities and preferences. Lisa is a great listener. Throughout all of our interactions, she made sure she understood our wants and needs instead of pushing “what the market demands” on us. She rather helped us adapt to the market by gently coaching us in adjusting our search criteria, while still keeping an eye on our original preferences. Whenever we lost hope after a failed bid where there was a crazy down payment or cash offer that we could never match, she assured us that the house for us is out there and it’s a matter of patience and strategy. Indeed, in our fourth offer, thanks to the process of learning and adapting coached by her, we found a house that we enjoy very much now.

I cannot recommend Lisa enough! As first time homebuyers, the entire process was very intimidating but Lisa he took the time to walk through everything with us even months before we were ready to start officially looking and it helped us feel confident in our timeline and plan. Throughout the entire process, she was super quick and responsive, offered us guidance where needed, and never did we not feel like a priority!

Thank you to Lisa and her amazing Front-line Thank-You Home Benefit program! I work for MGH and I got a lot of discounts for participating in this program. This program comes with 100% discounts on mortgage lending fees, and 50% off on real estate attorneys. Lisa is a highly knowledgeable real estate professional. She provides a free home buying webinar and helps me answer all my questions very quickly. She made time for me for even if it's late hours or during the weekends. I am very glad that I chose to work with the mortgage lender and attorney she recommended to me. I worked with Warren Abramson who is the mortgage originator from Homebridge Financial Services and Alan Sharaf who is the attorney representing SKM Title & Closing Services. The combination of this team is incredible, very responsive and I was able to close on time. I applied for a mortgage on October 23rd and I closed on December 10th. She was very knowledgeable and always quick to respond to our questions and requests any time, any day. As first-time buyers, it was pretty stressful and intimidating to enter the current market environment with so much competition. Lisa carefully explained every step of the process as we went along, which helped us feel confident that we knew where we stood and what to expect next. She was very thoughtful in managing our strategy to place bids on houses so that we could be competitive without overpaying. I have too many good things to say about Lisa and her professionalism. Being our first home purchase, I do not know what to expect - and if the experience I have from my interaction with her is anything to go by - then she sets very high standards for others to follow. Right from the start, she engages in the negotiation, the viewing, the suggestions for renovation, the loan, the sale and the post-sale follow-up - what more can one ask for! I believe I have been lucky to have her as our agent and I am glad I did. I will not doubt go back to her for all my realty needs in the future.
