Lisa was a real joy to work with. She is very down to earth, not all crunch the numbers. But she did crunch the numbers, too, and presented me with background data to make decisions from. She does not live in Colby, but knows it very well. She kept track of me, did not let huge amounts of time pass without checking in with me. Considering it was at the beginning of the lockdown and no one was looking at houses, that says something. She was always there, I knew, but never pushy. She was thoughtful of my animals and made signs for my door so people knew they were inside. She essentially staged my house and took very good pictures of it. They caught the eye of a family from Southern Wisconsin, so she was always thinking outside of the box, outside of the area, appealing to a wide audience. She was there at my closing, running interference when the timeframe ended up changing. I would recommend her to anyone.
