Lisa Lord Edmonds

Lisa is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor specializing in investment sales and leasing in the office and industrial markets.

Lisa has more than 20 years of combined experience in real estate brokerage, financial management & operations. At SVN | Ahia, Lisa works with clients to provide acquisition, disposition, leasing, and consulting services. She is adept at planning, procuring, controlling, and administering real estate assets and other resources to accomplish her client's goals. Lisa always puts her client's needs first which has resulted in profits in the millions.

Before becoming a Real Estate practitioner, Lisa worked with "thought leaders" at the Wharton Real Estate Department and the Sam Zell/Robert Lurie Real Estate Center, delivering excellence in education and research in the real estate community. She was responsible for overseeing multi-million dollar budgets and program activities related to real estate education, research, and commercial real estate industry executives. Under her administration, the real estate program was ranked #1 in the world & produced some of the most sophisticated professionals and highly innovative research in the industry.

Outside of the office, Lisa is passionately involved in community service and various professional organizations. Currently, she is a board member of the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) association. She is also an active participant in the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors (GPAR), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) & Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

In her community, Lisa is a Volunteer Leader for Girl Scouts of Eastern PA (GSEP) and a member of her local Civic Association. In previous years, she held leadership positions in the PTO, Toastmasters International, Urban League Young Professionals, University City Community Service Initiatives, Garden Court Community Association, and various Professional Mentor/Mentee Programs.
