Lisa did an amazing job helping me to buy a property in this crazy housing market. Lisa listened closely to what I wanted (which I thought wasn't going to be possible) and then found the perfect property for me. She's kind, helpful, and very experienced and knowledgable about the market. Also, she intuitively knows how to help and she will support you through the process. I've had pushy agents in the past but Lisa made it clear that my happiness and satisfaction were her priority. We had a tough seller and so issues came up but Lisa was a great advocate for me and reassured me that she would take care of things and she did! She was able to help me negotiate below asking price! And I got all of the contingencies that I requested! I know this deal wouldn't have happened without her. I highly recommend her.

Buying a home is not an easy task. We were relocating from another county in Florida and were on a time crunch. We were referred by an acquaintance to the Caruso Group. Who then found us the perfect agent. Lisa Mannino is an amazing real estate agent. We viewed homes based on our likes and dislikes all in one day. Showed us areas based on jobs and schools. She wasn't pushy or judgmental and answered all the questions we possibly had. She was very professional and communicated with us during the entire process. Lisa both sold us our new home but also was our agent to sell our previous home. Both times she did a fantastic job being responsive and helpful. We really liked the way she listens and looked for what we were looking for.
