I have lived in Solano County since 1980 and became a REALTOR in 1990. I love living in this area with my 2 boys and being close to my parents. With the beach and the mountains nearby (and Napa Valley!), it’s one of the best places to be. Many of my clients have become long time friends which is a great perk of the job. It makes working hard for them a joy.
I enjoy educating people about real estate and about the documents they will be signing for the biggest transaction of their lives. I have been certified thru the California Assoc. of Realtors to train agents on the purchase contract, I am a Short Sale and Foreclosure specialist, a Military Relocation Professional, and hold a CRS designation that only 3% of all agents in the nation have earned (yes, earned...not just bought and taking a class).
