I have purchased many homes during my lifetime. Lisa is hands down the best real estate agent that I have worked with since I bought my first home in 1974. She is always professional, responsive and very pleasant to work with. Her priority is finding the property that you have in mind and not just to make a sale. She is also a very good negotiator.

Sold two properties with Lisa, and would gladly work with her anytime. Excellent and fast communication, no BS. She did a ton of extra legwork, on her own initiative, for the 2nd property which was hard to sell...like knocking on neighbors' doors to see if there was any interest (not as obnoxious as it might sound- it would have been a good deal for them, too). She was realistic with us, but never gave up, and it finally sold. Thank you, Lisa.

When our 73 year old Father and best friend suddenly had something medically horrific and catastrophic happen to him, we were faced with some very painful and difficult decisions, including having to sell our parent's home because our Mother would no longer be able to live there alone and keep up with everything on her own. My parents were married for over 50 years and they shared this home together, along with many beautiful and precious family memories, for nearly 30 years. This was a very difficult task, selling the home, for all of us to handle as we also dealt with the pain, suffering and loss of the rock of our family, at the same time. As we went through the process of selling the house, which was new to us, we met Lisa McSauby, who was actually the realtor for the then, soon to be buyers of our parents home. Right from the start we connected with her. When she came to our parent's home with her clients, we fell in love with her. She was so sincere, friendly, kind and caring. With every visit to our family home she would always stay to visit with us, even after her clients had gone home. She not only wanted to know about our home, but more importantly, she wanted to know about the family that lived there and what our lives were about. She learned early on about what happened to our father and she listened so intently to his tragic story, never rushing us through. She cried with us, laughed with us and we felt like she was a forever friend, which she still is to this day. Helping families find the right home AND helping the families that have to say goodbye to a home and a huge piece of their lives is something Lisa is very passionate and compassionate about. This is not just a job or paycheck to her. She truly cares about the people she is helping. She helped us through an extremely difficult time in our lives and for that, we will be forever grateful. We feel so blessed that our paths crossed with hers. I hope that the stars will align as beautifully for anyone reading this as they did for us, in meeting Lisa! She is a gem of a human being!

Lisa was amazing to work with. We were out of state buyers so we were limited on why we could do from far away. The market was super crazy and had many offers fall through. Everything was so fast paced, but Lisa demonstrates a lot of patience and professionalism and helped us through our buying experience. She was quick to respond to all our questions and communicated well with the sellers on our behalf.

From the first moment I spoke with Lisa at Remax Bay Shore Property's about my family's interest in buying our first home I felt that I had chosen the right person for the job. After meeting with Lisa for the first time I knew we had made the right decision. Whether it be her positive can do anything attitude or her keen sense of professionalism, Lisa was always willing to go the extra mile to make the process of buying our first home a breeze. Lisa not only took the time to literally hold our hand through out each process but Lisa also took the time to break down the buying process and explained each step along the way.

I was particularly impressed by Lisa's firm knowledge of the real estate market within Northern Michigan. It helped tremendously when coming to the bargaining table with the previous home owner.

Lisa is very passionate about her job and it shows in every aspect. Because of her we have found our forever home and for this we can not thank her enough.

Lisa has been incredible for my very first home buying experience!
Most times I have no idea what I'm doing or what I should be looking for,
she helps with the entire process, pointing out things that I should be aware of, the good and not so good.
She is very responsive with texts, emails and phone calls.
