We’ve been represented by excellent realtors for buying and for selling, and Lisa is the only one who is fantastic at both.

On the buying side, we made several trips to the area over a period of months. We never felt pressured and never had to walk through the “broker favorites” that so many pushy realtors urge you to consider. Once we found the property we wanted, Lisa arranged all the details and we had a seamless closing, even remotely!

We’re leaving the area because of a job transfer, and Lisa did a first class job of getting full list price just two days after listing! She hired a stager, an outstanding photographer, and an ad agency to get our home on the market in a very appealing way. Then she handled all the details resulting in a fast, seamless closing.

We began this process as a friend of LIsa's, having known and worked with her many times over the past 20 years. We have recommended her to many friends, who have been thrilled with their experience. When it came time to think about selling our house, there was never a doubt who we would call for advice.
Right off the bat, the Lisa we had known as a friend put on a new hat and became Lisa the Realtor! She had all of the comps available and was able to answer any questions. Selling the house in the Covid 19 market turned out to be a whole new ballgame, but Lisa was up to the task. Two sales fell through because of the environment, but each time Lisa put the house right back on the market and it sold again, this time successfully. It was a very stressful time, but Lisa handled each crisis professionally. She is truly a Steel Magnolia!

Lisa Murray has worked with my wife and I for over two years. She showed tremendous patience as we searched for a home in Fountain Hills, AZ. Even though the market was tight, she never gave up. We were out of state cliients and it made the search very challenging. This year in July, Lisa not only sold our home quickly, but she also represented us with the purchase of a new home. I have referred her to several friends and will use her again when we sell or purchase another home. The buying of a new home can be very stressful, but with the right realtor this stress can be minimized.
