Lisa did an amazing job guiding us through our first-time home buying process! From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable and supportive as we started looking at properties. She very quickly understood what we were looking for and was a source of invaluable advice and insight. She is very responsive and quick to move on properties we were interested in, which was crucial in a fast-moving market. When we entered escrow, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us, even during a shorter escrow with a lot of moving parts to manage. Not only is she incredibly efficient, organized, and knowledgeable – she is also a pleasure to work with! Lisa Perich is a true professional and trusted advisor. Lisa did it again! Two years ago, we used Lisa to help us purchase an investment property with our 1031 exchange. That transaction was so seamless we knew we had to use her again to sell our primary home. She informed us of the current market conditions and formulated a brilliant marketing strategy that resulted in several offers. Our house sold in 48 hours for $80K over asking!! From the moment I was introduced to Lisa Perich, after being highly recommended by a dear friend, I was extremely impressed. She was everything and more than I had been advised of. She was charming, gracious, and knowledgeable. I felt guided and comfortable from the get-go. In my first meeting with Lisa, I also was introduced to two (2) of her colleagues and was impressed with the team effort that worked on my behalf.

Another big perk in working with Lisa is her additional education regarding properties in probate. Lisa worked masterfully along with my estate attorney and the multitude of aspects needed to complete a probate sale efficiently.

With regards to responsiveness, Lisa is on it! She was attentive to answering all questions and ensured that I was always well informed.

The sale preparation was so thorough, we had 2 offers on day one. Lisa negotiated all weekend to ensure we got the best offer possible. We could not have asked for more.

I had a previous sale of a rental house and was under the restrictions of a 1031 with a time limit to buy another house. Lisa was extremely helpful and finding and showing me other available properties to help me do this. We even toured houses that we're not on the market yet. She has very good resources and in the end, I was able to purchase the house that I loved.

Lisa is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Her knowledge, grit, and communication really raise the bar!!!

My wife and I were looking to relocate from another state which meant we didn’t know the area well and couldn’t be present for showings. Lisa made the buying process as seamless as it could be by video calling us for tours and providing a wealth of knowledge on each neighborhood. She also had an outstanding network that she was able to utilize to help us quickly navigate the home buying process.

She also was well versed in mold remediation and included language in the contract that and ensured the property would be completely fixed in a proper manner prior to the end of escrow.
