If you are looking for a realtor who sincerely cares for her clients, and gives it her all, we would very highly recommend Lisa. She patiently worked with us for over a year in finding our new home in Virginia Heritage.. She worked tirelessly to make sure we were successful in selling our home in Breezewood. Her mother, Judy Trivett-voit, beautifully staged our home, her handyman did repairs, and her talented son, Aspen Vanlandingham, took the stunning pictures that appeared on the “ for sale” posts. I cannot begin to put into words what an amazing realtor Lisa is. I had a very stressful situation trying to sell my mother's home and buy her a new home at the same time. Lisa was there on both ends and there was no one better to combat all the roadblocks and issues I ran into.
She was super responsive and extremely professional. She has an awesome team working with her. She had everything from contractors to pictures to staging in her back pocket. If I needed anything, she had a contact who could help. Everyone associated with and recommended by Lisa were out of this world. They all became part of the family.

Two days Listed and sold at full price! I’m not sure you can ask for more than that. A usually extremely stressful event, such as selling a house, was met with relief and a smooth closing. If you are selling your house, Lisa Perry is the real estate agent you need. She brings innovative ideas, a digital marketing campaign strategy, and provides fantastic pictures of your property. She is also very knowledgeable about staging your house. Throughout the whole process she has been very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Our house sold in 4 days and there were 3 offers all over asking price. This is the fifth house we have sold and everything went extremely smoothly which is a first for us. We could not be happier. Lisa Perry is fantastic!
