Lisa Price

Originally from New Zealand, Lisa came to the Roaring Fork Valley twenty-five years ago and within days decided to make this valley home! She and her husband, Matt, were instantly drawn to the beauty and lifestyle that the Roaring Fork Valley offers.
Lisa’s vast career in real estate began 30 years ago in New Zealand with CB Richard Ellis, as a member of the Valuation and Advisory team. She worked with large scale private and publicly listed property investment companies. After moving to the US, Lisa worked in hospitality and attained the position of Director of Rooms at The Little Nell, a five-star hotel, where she managed all aspects of hotel operations and guest hospitality.
In 2009 she returned to the real estate industry with Sotheby’s International Realty. In 2012 she was appointed the Director of Real Estate Sales for the Residences at Viceroy Snowmass, representing the New York developer, Related Companies. This listing was the perfect blend of her skills in hospitality and real estate. Lisa and her team boasted an impressive streak of closings, given the post “financial crises” lackluster market, selling over $55 million of whole ownership condominiums in just 18-months.
It was during this listing that Lisa worked with Dwayne Romero, who was then the President & CEO of Related Companies, Colorado. Their interests in real estate and business aligned, and a plan was made to establish Romero Group Realty with their other business partners. The company ethos is rooted in a commitment to excellence for their team, community, and clients.
With her passion for real estate and local knowledge, Lisa swiftly puts buyers and sellers at ease, building confidence that their interests are in the hands of a professional who will provide seamless leadership for their needs. Known for her impeccable communications skills for clients and all parties to a transaction, she leaves no stone unturned.
Lisa is a graduate of Lincoln University, New Zealand, attaining a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance, Property Valuation and Management. She has served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement, a non-profit dedicated to teaching children financial literacy, work readiness skills and civic responsibility, principals dear to her heart. In her spare time, you’ll find Lisa on the slopes skiing with her husband and their two daughters or out hiking with their golden lab, Luna. She is also an avid follower of Formula 1 car racing… a true petrol head!
