Hi, I’m Lisa Rabino, a licensed Realtor since 2004 with over two decades of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate all types of real estate markets. Between my personal closings and team sales, I’ve helped over 500 families achieve their real estate goals—and counting.
From 2012–2021, I co-founded L2 Properties (Lisa + Leo) alongside Leo Apostol, where we built a strong, results-driven business and earned 47 five-star Zillow reviews, establishing a reputation rooted in trust, consistency, and client satisfaction.
I am currently part of The Durham Duo, a collaborative team built on local expertise, strong market knowledge, and hands-on service. This partnership allows me to combine my experience with a team-based approach that ensures clients receive timely communication, thoughtful strategy, and dedicated support throughout every step of the process.
My experience goes beyond traditional real estate sales. During the 2005–2009 market cycle, I worked on the wholesale lending side, specializing in both subprime and A-paper loans with companies such as Lime Financial and Countrywide Home Loans. As both a licensed Realtor and loan officer, I gained a rare, full-picture understanding of lending and real estate—experience that continues to benefit my clients today.
Having worked in markets from California to Tennessee, I understand how to adapt pricing, strategy, and negotiations as conditions change. I pride myself on being accessible, detail-oriented, and fully committed to my clients from start to finish.
I’m also a mom of three, and family is at the heart of why I chose this career. To me, real estate is about more than buying and selling—it’s about building equity, creating stability, and helping families build long-term wealth.
