Hi, I’m Lisa Santana—Managing Principal Broker and Owner of BST Realty, LLC. I’ve been serving clients across Silverton and the Willamette Valley since 2002, and I bring a no-nonsense, hands-on approach to every transaction. Whether you're downsizing, relocating, buying your first home, or making a life change, I’m here to guide you with straight answers, strategic insight, and decades of real experience—not sales scripts.

Before real estate, I spent 17 years as a stay-at-home mom. That chapter taught me how to multitask under pressure, solve problems quickly, and show up—day in and day out—with care and commitment. I bring that same energy to my work now. My clients trust me to handle the hard stuff, keep things moving, and always advocate for what’s in their best interest.

At BST Realty, we’re not about ego or gimmicks. We’re about results, relationships, and doing what’s right—even when no one’s looking. We serve a diverse range of clients with clarity and respect.

Outside of work, I’m happiest with family—my kids, my grandkids, and my husband Uriel, who is
co-owner of BST Realty and manages our property management division. I also serve in our community through local nonprofits and small business groups because this town isn’t just where I work—it’s home. In my free time, I love rafting, camping, and enjoying the outdoors with my husband and our 11 grandchildren. You’ll often find me knitting by the river as he catches his next big fish.
