Lisa was so great to work with! It took us a long time to find the right house for us, but she was patient and respectful, and kept looking until we found our new home. She didn't push us, but didn't give up on us either. She was amazing at working with our schedule, and was always so respectful of our preferences. She was honest about different houses' features and the positives and negatives. She was quick to get our offers in, and to keep us updated. The process between our offer getting accepted and closing day went smoothly, and she always answered our questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly. She even went above and beyond in making sure our new home was move-in ready. She's a delight to work with.

My agent Lisa Schutz was awesome. She was able to get my existing home on the market quickly and had it sold within 3 days at listing price. She had it advertised all over the various real estate listing sites along with social media. She also helped me purchase a new home and gave out various pointers people don't really think about when buying a new house i.e. how busy the road is you live on. You even get periodic emails with articles for things to think about as you are buying and selling which is a nice added bonus. She negotiated well and knew when it was the right time to push and when to stand pat. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a house. She will be as involved as you need her to be and will not force you into making a decision just to score a commission.

Lisa had a very difficult situation as she sold our house and also found us a house to live in. Our buyers were not the most corporative but she was always on top of paperwork, communication, and follow up. We found Lisa at an open house and I am so glad we did. Highly recommend her and have already given referrals to see her.
She knows the market, knows how to word things, her follow up is amazing and you know you are in good hands when you have her by your side.
She is also a very sweet, kind, and funny person so the whole experience as chaotic as it was was not the worst.

Lisa is AMAZING. She stood by my husband and I through years of looking for our forever home. We had 2 homes fall through because of odd and complicated circumstances, but the entire time Lisa was there to support us give us advice and help us navigate through each step of the journey.
