Lisa was very helpful in finding me the right size and location for a new page in my life and now I'm in the perfect home! I was not really sure whether I wanted a house or a condo, or where in town I wanted to live, but Lisa made the made the home hunting process easy and fun, and was able to "get" what I was looking for and guide me to a wonderful home, which I love tremendously. I highly recommend Lisa!

Serge & I have bought and sold soooo many properties through the years. I was absolutely DREADING the process of selling our last house. I had baggage from previous experiences & steeled myself to go into "business mode." Serge interviewed quite a few realtors and took his time in deciding. I removed myself from the process, because I have trouble shifting from "I love our house" to "my home is now 'merchandise' to be marketed."
Ha! Ha! Are you ready for candor?! I would say, honestly, that Lisa was a gift from God to us!!! She worked so well with my husband and then her kind, helpful, and open attitude eased me into joining the process. It was actually fun. Lisa was very respectful of us, of our home, of our personal process, and pace.
My husband sought the highest sales price the market would bear and Lisa researched the market and gave us the guidance on what we would need to do to achieve that. She was patient with our decision process and in our timing of carrying out what needed to be done. She facilitated in getting us the help we needed to finish out our daylight basement and adding different touches, plus advising us on what would NOT be to our advantage to add or improve in the house.
Lisa's patience helped us see what was realistic, without popping our bubble or killing our dreams. We set a high goal on the price we wanted for our home. Lisa got us our price - which, in hindsight, was an extra achievement considering the difficult, fluctuating, uncertain market in which we sold.
She is a keen professional and a great negotiator - very adept at understanding the perspectives of both the buyer and seller, and talking through things which could be a hurdle or obstruction to a sale.
I recommend Lisa to anyone who wants an exceptionally positive home sales experience with exceptional service and outcome. She went the extra mile for us, over and over again.
I am sure she will do that for you as well. (And I am not Lisa's Auntie! ; ). Just a very blessed and happily spoiled customer.

Lisa was fantastic with understanding our wants and needs. We had some difficult times where my family wanted something that she professionally would advise against, and she told us so. We were able to work through these and get the best offer on our house. She did a lot of homework for us that would have been extremely difficult for us to find on our own and did not sit on any information that was pertinent to the process.

10/10 would work with her again.

Laurie of Keller Williams Western Realty (Bellingham, WA) referred us to Lisa. Over an extended period of time, we worked with Lisa to find our dream-retirement home, which is close to essential services and has the feel of being in the country with generous elbow room between neighbors. Overall, working with Lisa was a great experience. She was quick to understand our needs and preferences in a house and community. She was creative in finding ways to communicate with us during COVID-19 restrictions, including using video applications such as Marco Polo. LIsa explained details and options on home buying. She researched locations and houses to determine if they matched our needs and preferences. This included learning the "back story" on each potential house and its owner. This was a huge plus in our being able to make a strong offer on a house. Furthermore, she facilitated discussions between builders, connected us to awesome lenders, and provided timely information in order for us to make quick decisions during a time when houses didn't stay on the market for very long. While Lisa has a strong work ethic, she cares most about establishing a genuine relationship with her clients.
