Lisa Smith represents a diverse portfolio of clients throughout Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester Counties. Lisa provides strategic real estate advisory services and advocates on behalf of her client base including institutional and private landlords. Her natural ability to connect and collaborate with others, attention to detail, and analytical skills are highly valued by colleagues and clients alike.

She began her commercial real estate career in 2021, executing 18 in transactions in her first 18 months. Prior to becoming a commercial broker, Lisa worked as an executive pastry chef in Atlanta for many years, and also owned her own catering company.

In her free time she enjoys traveling, playing golf, listening to music, and baking for friends and colleagues.
